Kyaa Kool Hain hum 3 had a low week grossing 27 crore nett. the film had a reasonable start with some some mass centres being good but the fall in collections started on day one itself. The second day business saw a 20% drop which is rarity with how business works today and the film had no chance to recover from that.
This genre will find it tough going due to the censors chopping the film. The internet promos are not censored so the audience for these films is coming for what they see in these trailers but with the reported 139 cuts its unlikely they will get what they have come for so therefore rapid drops in collections. This week's Mastizaade which is the same genre has had an unprecedented 381 cuts.
Kyaa Kool Hain Hum is out of most theatres or on minimal shows so a 30 crore nett finish is about the highest it can go.
