Box Office business has gone miles ahead in recent few years. From 100 Cr Nett business to 300+ Cr Nett Business, films are released on largest scale on pan india scale. Featuring in this Top 10 list is now a uphill task for all films.
Actors: Leading the pack in table is Salman Khan with 4 films (40%), followed by Aamir Khan having 3 films (30%), next come Shah Rukh Khan with 2 films (20%), & last but not the least 2015's one of the big hit Bajirao Mastani's lead star Ranveer Singh's film.
Actress: In Female lead category, Deepika Padukone Dominates the list with 3 films (30%), Katrina Kaif & Kareena Kapoor Khan having 2 films each (20%), rest 3 films belongs to Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez & Priyanka Chopra (sharing it with Deepika Padukone (Bajirao Mastani)).
Few films missed this table, one was last year's much hyped Srk starrer Dilwale, which under-performed in India, couldn't make enough to reach this mark. A long way for him to score a bigger grosser to feature in this list.
Very interesting fact about this table is that only 1 film is featured in this list is from last decade, 3 Idiots (2009), rest all 9 films are from this decade (2010-2015). 3 Idiots is holding it position very tight, only few films are able to beat it at Box Office despite having larger release scale & higher inflated ticket rates. 6 Films are featured from 2 different years (3 Each) - 2014 & 2015.
